How large a roll can you handle?

We can handle rolls up to 1 metre in diameter, Max width for hot cutting is 210 cm and for cold slitting is 240cm.

What’s the narrowest width we can cut down to?

Cold cutting we can cut from a minimum 10mm up to 2400mm and hot from 8mm to 2100mm.

What are the weight constraints?

We can handle rolls up to a ton in weight.

Do you have storage facilities?

We have extensive warehouse facilities in which we can securely store our customers stocks of material pending processing instructions.

How quickly can you process our goods?

Speed and accuracy are what our business has been built on and we understand how important it is to react quickly to our customers individual and ever changing needs.

Can you reprocess/salvage damaged rolls?

Yes, we can re- roll damaged material, replace crushed cores or trim damaged material from the edges.

Do you have experience with customers in overseas markets?

 We have had many years of extensive involvement with customers in Europe and in the U.S.A.

Are you able to offer traceability?

Our customers in the automotive and medical fields demand full traceability for all their products and with our computerized barcode system we can identify any reel quickly and easily
